The Giant Bridge is a cooperative construction project. The challenge the team is facing is to build a long bridge. Construction materials that are available are on a macro scale and are up to several meters!

Limited resources, time pressure, unforeseen obstacles to overcome and the need for efficient planning are common elements of any project work. And – as in real life – it will be success only if the group cooperates smoothly. After all, the bridge consists of many perfectly matching spans, and each operational brigade is responsible only for one of them.

The construction created as a result of joint work is a great metaphor of the interdependence of team members. The project’s great finale, when the bridge is tested with a remotely controlled car, provides gives the participants unforgettable emotions. What is more – they are filmed by a Go Pro camera placed on the vehicle.

The Giant Bridge  program is an effective activity combining great fun with added value – building unity when achieving a common goal. The project is engaging even for those who have little to do with engineering!
