Looking for a team integration training with a storyline? You’ve got it! In the program The Cube, the narrative layer looks like this:

Ending up in the same room with your team has probably happened more than once — but getting out has never been this difficult. Six doors, each hiding a surprise — different possibilities, different consequences, different gains and losses.
Will you manage to escape the mysterious cube successfully?

Improving cooperation

If survival in The Cube is what you’re aiming for, you’ll need to find ways to make quick decisions, work on communication, and strengthen team collaboration while completing a series of team-building tasks. Each room in the game presents a new challenge.

During the activities, the group is supported by a trainer who observes their actions and later leads a debriefing session.
This shared reflection on the course of the task encourages insight, which in turn leads to real team strengthening, deeper integration, and stronger team bonds.

Virtual team integration workshop?

The game takes place simultaneously in both the virtual and real world.
This means that the decisions participants make using a computer mouse have a direct impact on what happens in the training room.

It’s a unique combination of a decision-making game, an adventure scenario, and team-building tasks – all fully tailored to the team’s needs and the goals of the meeting.
