What is a custom game?

It’s a personalized team game whose scenario, format, and message are designed together with you – to address the specific challenges, values, or cultural goals of your company. Over the years, we’ve created dozens of custom games – from symbolic challenges based on company values, to outdoor games, all the way to full-scale training scenarios that, for example:

Why does a custom game work?

A custom game works because it’s tailored to the context, work style, and language of the organization. It engages participants by addressing their real experiences – but through a dynamic, team-based game rather than a lecture. We believe that building attitudes and shaping organizational culture doesn’t have to happen through boring e-learning! It can start with laughter, healthy competition, and a shared “aha!” moment – as long as the game is smart, well-designed, and custom-made.
