PROJECT BENEFITS:
Mission Impossible consists of two modules – practical and theoretical. In the practical module, participants take on the roles of members of a tribe lost in the jungle. Fortunately, they encounter a shaman who knows the way, but… he’s temperamental and won’t share it for free. To succeed, the group must face challenges whose number and variety suggest that, as the title says, the task is truly impossible. How should roles be divided? Who should be the coordinator? How to allocate resources?
Participants must find answers to these and other questions typical of remote teamwork – and all under time pressure! The challenges have a humorous, somewhat surreal character, which fosters a good atmosphere, builds motivation, and strengthens relationships among participants. At the same time, they present a real challenge for the team, building bonds based on shared experiences and encouraging reflection.
The described scenario team building, despite its abstract nature, contains many analogies to real challenges employees face daily. In the theoretical module, which takes the form of a mini-lecture, participants listen to a trainer’s presentation about the scale of cooperation, which is remarkable in its simplicity and allows, based on simple indicators, to assess the team’s condition at any time and suggest next steps.
