Workshop Goal
The “MISSION: RELAX” workshop is an innovative team-building training that combines a science-based approach to stress reduction with dynamic group gameplay. Participants learn effective techniques for managing tension while building relationships and strengthening collaboration within the team.
Workshop Structure
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the mechanisms of stress and evidence-based methods for reducing it. Participants are then divided into teams and engage in a psychoeducational board game scientifically proven to lower cortisol levels.
Throughout the game, teams compete by completing challenges based on effective stress management techniques, such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, relaxation strategies, and cognitive tools. Each challenge requires collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking—further strengthening team cohesion and mutual understanding.

Who leads the workshop?
Beata Wysocka is a certified teacher of stress reduction courses using the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method, accredited by the Polish Mindfulness Institute. She is also an educator and trainer in the Collaboration Scale model, cognitive skills, and effective communication. In her work, she combines evidence-based approaches with practical experience in working with teams and groups.
