PROJECT BENEFITS:
Mental Resilience for Companies is a program designed to help individuals and teams function more effectively and with greater satisfaction.
In today’s fast-paced world, where pressure and challenges are part of everyday life, mental resilience is a key element of success for any organization. It determines how effectively we face difficulties, manage stress, and turn challenges into opportunities. Developing mental resilience is an investment that brings long-term benefits — both for employees and for the entire organization. This is supported not only by our experience but also by scientific research. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to our training programs, designed to unlock your full potential!
What is mental resilience, really?

According to Clough and Strycharczyk (2011), mental resilience is a personality trait that influences how individuals respond to stress, pressure, and various challenges—regardless of the circumstances. The 4C model outlines four key areas: Control, Commitment, Confidence, and Challenge. This model aligns with the above definition and provides a framework for assessing and developing resilience in both individuals and teams. Our MTQ certification from AQR International reflects the highest standard of competence in delivering resilience-based assessments and training services.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
— Viktor E. Frankl
Our methods
In our mental resilience trainings, we combine short lectures with hands-on workshop activities to provide participants with a rich and engaging learning experience. Group work, pair exercises, and individual tasks support deep understanding and the development of personal skills. Experience-sharing and open discussions create space for mutual learning, while the MTQ (Mental Toughness Questionnaire) offers personalized insights into each participant’s level of mental resilience — allowing for focused, effective personal development.

Mental Resilience Workshop for Companies
Ideally, we’d invite every team for a multi-day training. In practice, we tailor the format to your needs and available time. Before the workshop, we conduct a needs analysis and an MTQ (Mental Toughness Questionnaire) assessment to prepare individual reports for participants.
The program may include:
Understanding the concept and importance of mental resilience
Methods for strengthening mental resilience – including the 4C Model (Control, Commitment, Confidence, Challenge)
Emotion regulation techniques
Tools for managing personal energy and focus
Developing self-confidence, influence, and access to personal resources
Strategies for achieving better work-life balance
