Zoom/Webex/MS Teams

DURATION:

3 hours

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:

5-30

LANGUAGE:

PROJECT BENEFITS:

Stimulating creativity, pushing personal boundaries

Getting to know each other better through working together

Strengthening the sense of community within the team

Increasing emotional self-awareness

Expanding knowledge about emotions and their impact on functioning

“Feelings cannot be ignored, no matter how unfair or ungrateful they may seem.”

Emotions accompany us at every step; without them, life would be like a dish without seasoning. They provide us with additional information about what is happening around us, which can support us, including at work. Unfortunately, they can also be overwhelming and make action difficult. During the workshop, we will answer many pressing questions, such as: how to increase your tolerance for difficult emotions, how to reduce impulsiveness and respond strategically to situations that trigger anger, or how to experience more joy in everyday life?

Course of the workshop

During the “Emotional Regulation” workshop, we will focus on, among other things:

perceiving and naming emotions (expanding the emotional vocabulary)

understanding the role of emotions and their impact on functioning

emotion regulation strategies and simple ways to use the information they provide

communication about emotions

Are emotions really a good idea for online team-building?

All of this will take place in a friendly and safe atmosphere, with space for experimentation, learning, and fun. By sharing experiences, reflections, and talking about emotions, participants not only support each other in developing skills but also build stronger, deeper relationships, thereby creating a more cohesive team built on a solid foundation.
