The plot
Edison began an investigation aimed at uncovering the true circumstances of his friend’s death, yet the truth has not come to light until today. Why did this happen? Who is behind the murder? What was the motive? How did the crime take place?
Participants will find answers to these and other questions under the guidance of our trainers, who lead the group through a series of challenges. The tasks vary in nature – physical, communicative, focused on collaboration, or team brainstorming – all designed so that everyone can find something for themselves.
What characterizes this scenario-based game?
What sets the scenario-based game Edison on the Trail of Crime apart are intriguing historical characters and imagination-stimulating evidence. During the game, participants review reports from the investigative headquarters that gradually build the plot. They also analyze an audio recording from the crime scene and collected pieces of evidence.
The participants’ task is to find answers to questions typical during a detective investigation:
Who is behind the murder?
What was the motive?
How did the crime take place?
Team-building tasks
The goal of the game, beyond entertainment in the detective spirit, is primarily integration and team building. Team tasks are the perfect tool to achieve these objectives. During the program, the group is divided into smaller teams that face numerous challenges. Success depends on efficient collaboration, communication, creativity, and the ability to perform effectively under time pressure.
An example task is presented below. After each task, the trainer leads a debriefing session. Its purpose is to deepen the processes occurring within the group. Participants draw conclusions about communication and teamwork. Facing challenges together and discussing them builds trust and strengthens team integration

Example Team Task
Code breaking is a challenge where the team must demonstrate quick reflexes. It is also an exercise in coordination and agility. The team’s task is to enter the code as quickly as possible on a giant keyboard. Can the group beat the speed record?
