What happens during a corporate mindfulness workshop?
During the workshop, participants will explore the sources of mindfulness and the lack thereof in daily life, as well as selected techniques for dealing with everyday stress. They will experience a guided mindfulness meditation and learn how to practice mindfulness each day—even while stuck in traffic. The workshop will consist of a theoretical part—a concise mini-lecture—and an extensive practical section, enabling participants to continue the practice independently right after the session.
