The team-building training “Challenge Auction” begins with a real auction, during which participants bid on keys granting access to tasks. The more tasks they purchase, the more tasks they can complete and, consequently, earn more money. The goal here is to win by collecting the most Teamformation Dollars!

The challenges waiting for teams of about eight people are diverse, so everyone can find something for themselves. There are team puzzles, construction tasks, physical activities, and those that require primarily cooperation and efficient planning. All are accompanied by fun and the satisfaction of successfully completing a task, generously rewarded by the facilitators! Every team success is met with a generous payout.

In this team-building training, participants have great freedom in choosing their strategy to win rewards – teams exchange keys, sell task know-how, negotiate, and strategize… There is plenty of room for creativity and initiative, making the project dynamic and preventing boredom.

In the finale, the winning team is chosen—the one that earned the most money by wisely investing their time and energy and… skillfully trading!
